CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
We kindly request at least 72 hours’ notice for the cancellation of individual beauty treatments. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
For beauty packages, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We ask for at least one week’s notice for cancellations to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
If you need to cancel outside of business hours, please leave a message on our answering machine.
